Planning Issues

Planning approval does not generally appear to be a problem for INTEGER developments. Indeed, experience has shown that with enlightened planning authorities the prospects for a favourable decision are much greater with an intelligent and green proposal than for standard housing. Nevertheless there have been some issues with planning approval. These have generally been on matters not directly related to the intelligent and green nature of the proposals, and were all resolved.
