Design Aspects

The design of the Pilot Projects varied depending on brief, budget, site constraints and client aspirations. Nevertheless, there is a strong family resemblance between all of the schemes thanks to their distinctive external cladding and innovative roofs.

All the Pilot Projects included features which might be regarded as base components of the current INTEGER model – highly insulated timber panel construction, water saving measures and networked cabling. Various other INTEGER technologies were applied on each project, with Maidenhead offering the most comprehensive range of features.
